We are beyond obsessed with the photographs we received from Molly and Jared’s fabulous wedding! This was a very special day for these amazing newlyweds and we are thrilled we could be part of it!
Their Love Story
Molly and Jared met when they were in middle school and they actually hung out with the same group of friends. It wasn’t until years later Molly and Jared had their first date at Red Lobster! Eventually they were regular fixtures at one’s another soccer games, they had late-night phone calls, and soon after they began to have dinner with both families! Molly realized her feelings for Jared were really strong when it was time to decide where to go to college. Molly ended up going to school in Illiniois, but soon realized Jared was the one for her. The next fall semester, she transferred to Missouri State to be with him and the rest is history!
The Proposal
In August 2015, Jared had suggested they take Roxi for a walk! Roxi is their dog that Jared had given Molly during their first year of their relationship. Molly had no idea that there was an engagement ring attached to her collar. She picked up the collar and was trying to chase down Roxi to put it on. Meanwhile Jared is freaking out because he knows the ring is attached and Roxi is a bit of a spaz! The stone caught the light and as soon as Molly spotted the ring, she started to cry! Jared then got down on one knee and proposed!
A Dream Come True
On August 12th, Molly and Jared celebrated their union with a gorgeous ceremony at the St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, where Jared’s parents also tied the knot! Following the ceremony, this amazing couple continued the celebration with a phenomenal reception at Neo on Locust. The date they were married was also very significant to them. Molly’s favorite number is 17 and both of their parents were married in August! To honor Molly’s Japanese grandmother, they decorated tables with festive origami, blue and orange floral arrangements, and hanging paper lanterns! Molly looked absolutely gorgeous in the Sheridan by Watters Bridal! This fantastic ball gown features a beautiful soft netting and tulle skirt as well as a delicately beaded lace bodice! She paired this stunning design with a scalloped edge, embellished veil from Giselle Bridal to complete her breathtaking bridal look. Her bridesmaids looked so amazing in a variety of dresses from the Bari Jay Bridesmaids Collection and her flower girls looked absolutely adorable in their gowns from Joan Calabrese for Mon Cheri!
