The Mia Grace Bridal girls are obsessed with the images we received from Ashley’s very special day! Ashley and Chris had the most gorgeous July wedding and we are so glad we get to share their love story with the bridal world!

Their Love Story
Ashley and Chris met through a mutual friend years before they started dating. They actually don’t remember the exact moment they met, but they have it narrowed down to a couple of options. It wasn’t until years later, when they decided to take a chance. Chris isn’t from Effingham and he was nervous to date Ashley just in case something went wrong. He didn’t want to lose the friend he had!
The Proposal
This amazing couple had just purchased a house, so she had no idea that it was coming. They went out to eat to celebrate the purchase and decided to run by the house to take some pictures. Little did Ashley know, Chris had a surprise up his sleeve. When they got to the house, Ashley remembers looking at their front window thinking it was odd that the blinds were closed. She has been there earlier that day and had remembered leaving the blinds open. Chris suggested that they take a selfie in front of the house and as she was holding up the phone to take the picture, he got down on one knee and proposed! After they hugged and kissed she looked up and saw all of their family and friends in the windows watching! Everyone has been inside watching the proposal and had an engagement party set up to celebrate.
What A Wonderful Wedding
On July 22nd, Ashley and Chris tied the knot in front of their loving friends and family at St. Anthony of Padua followed by a fantastic reception at the Thelma Keller Convention Center! Ashley looked so beautiful in her wedding dress from Allure Bridals, which is a stunning lace A-line design! This gorgeous gown features a true sweetheart neckline and a gorgeous scalloped hemline! She paired this fabulous dress with a scalloped lace and beaded edge veil from Bel Aire Bridal to complete her bridal look! Ashley’s bridesmaids looked so lovely in their dresses from Bari Jay! This phenomenal design features a sequin V-neck tank bodice and a flattering gathered chiffon skirt. Their wonderful wedding was created through the hard work from the following vendors:
